    Winner must be 18 years or older. Winner receives a 2019 Club Car Precedent Electric car with a value of $5300. Winner will be taxed at the end of 2019. Winner must be a US resident and a permanent resident within 50 miles of Springfield Illinois. Winner must not be an employee of Neuhoff Media or Springfield Pepsi. Winner will be responsible for pick up of the golf car by October 30, 2019 at Springfield Pepsi, if not the prize will be forfeited. Winner will be announced no later than September 15, 2019.
