John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

Final Two Set on “Idol”
Next week on “American Idol” it’s Crystal Bowersox versus Lee DeWyze for the title. Tuesday the two will have a sing-off starting at 7pm and Wednesday the winner will be crowned on Fox.
 
Megan Fox Fans Will Not Be Happy
Bad news for “Transformers 3”. Megan Fox will not be returning for the latest flick in the series. “Entertainment Tonight” says Paramount Pictures decided not to renew her contract, but Fox says she wasn’t fired…she quit. There’s been quite a bit of animosity between Fox and director Michael Bay. Once, Fox even compared him to Hitler.
 
New Miss USA Denies Being a Stripper                   
Rima Fakih, the new Miss USA, tells People.com that those photos of her may look “negative, but it’s not really what you’ve seen. I didn’t do anything wrong.” Fakih says her pole dancing routine was part of a radio station promotion about female fitness through dance and that she didn’t remove any clothing during her part.
 
“Glee” Tries to get Susan Boyle
Producer of “Glee”, Ryan Murphy, says the show as put in an offer to “Britain’s Got Talent” superstar Susan Boyle. Murphy said, “I don’t even know if she’s interested but it’s been pitched.” Also there’s a “Glee” holiday album in the works.
