John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

Weekend Marquee for December 21, 2012

Carrie Underwood Tickets on Sale: Show is Monday, May 6, 2013 at the Prairie Capital Convention Center.  Tickets go on sale Saturday at 10:00am at the Center box office and Ticketmaster outlets including www.Ticketmaster.com and 800-745-3000.

Holiday Lights at the Zoo: Friday - Sunday 5-8pm each night at Henson Robinson Zoo.  The zoo is decked out with thousands and thousands of Christmas lights.  Bring a new unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots and get a free admission.  Otherwise it's $3.25 for adults and $2 for children.

A Very Hoogland Christmas: Friday at 7pm, Saturday and Sunday at 2pm at the Hoogland Center for the Arts.  Tickets are available at 523-2787 or www.hcfta.org

Christmas at the Dana Thomas House: Saturday 4-8pm with candlelight tours of the house.  1000 candles will light the inside and outside of the house and line the walkways and ledges of the house.  There will be live music, tours are silent.  Call 782-6776 or visit www.dana-thomas.org for more information.

Winter Holiday Floral Show: Friday Noon - 4pm, Saturday and Sunday Noon - 5pm at Washington Park Botanical Garden Conservatory and Exhibit Hall.  Featuring a Christmas floral display, poinsettias arranged against evergreens and tropical foliage.
