John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

Last "Twilight" Film Owns the Box Office
It didn't quite break a record, but it was still a huge weekend for the final chapter of the Twilight Saga.  "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" made $141.3-million in it's opening weekend.  That's just shy of the $142.8-million the second film in the franchise made it's opening weekend.  In second place at the box office this weekend it was "Skyfall" with $41.5-million bringing it to more than $669-million worldwide.  That makes it the highest grossing Bond film of all time.  In third place this weekend it was "Lincoln" with $21-million.

Networks Ax More Shows
ABC and CBS has pulled the plug on some freshman shows.  ABC won't be bringing back "Last Resort" or "666 Park Avenue."  On CBS "Partners" is getting the ax and will be replaced with reruns on Monday night.
