John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

Country Comes to ABC This Fall
Looks like a couple of shows coming to ABC this fall will be country tinged.  The first stars Reba as a country singer who gets divorced and leaves Nashville for California with kids and her mom.  It's called "Malibu Country," and Lily Tomlin will play Reba's mother on the show.  The other show is a drama called "Nashville" and stars Connie Britton as a washed up country singer who is forced to tour with a rising teen star played by Hayden Panettiere.

"Swamp People" Star Dies
One of the stars of the History Channel show "Swamp People" has died after falling in his boat.  Mitchell Guist, who appears on the show with his brother Glen Guist, died Monday morning near the Belle River Boat Landing.  A cause of death has not been announced.

"Glee" Signed Two Guest Stars for Next Season
Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker will each appear in multiple episodes of "Glee" when the show returns this fall.  The show will also be moving to Thursday nights.

Changes Coming to Season 3 of "The Voice"
When "The Voice" returns for a third season this fall there will be a few noticeable changes including a return of the spinning chairs and the "I Want You" buttons later in the season.
