You'll have until 4pm Friday, February 1st to vote for the one you want to see. 

Dave Marsh will announce the top vote-getter on 104.5 WFMB at 4:30pm.  That person will then have to perform their "stunt" Friday, February 8th at the Illinois State Fairgrounds to get their prize!
