"Mike & Molly" Season Finale Pulled Due to Tornado Plot
Fans of the show "Mike & Molly" will have to wait a little longer to find out how the show's season will end. CBS pulled the final episode of the season out of sensitivity for the victims of the tornado in Oklahoma. The episode has a tornado-themed storyline. CBS says they will air the show "at an appropriate date."

Two New Judges Join "X Factor"
It's official. We have our two new judges on the upcoming season of "X Factor." Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio will join Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato. Both new judges have previous reality show experience: Rowland sat in as a judge on the U.K version of "X Factor" and Rubio was a coach on "The Voice Mexico." The two new judges replace the outgoing Britney Spears and L.A. Reid. The new season of "X Factor" premieres in September.

Seth MacFarlane Will Not Host the Oscars Again
Seth MacFarlane was asked to host the Oscars again, but he tweeted Monday saying, "I'm unable to do the Oscars again. Tried to make it work schedule-wise, but I need sleep." He also said his suggestion is for Joaquin Phoenix to host the next Academy Awards.

Billboard Awards Ratings Up
ABC easily won Sunday night's ratings race due to the Billboard Music Awards. The show drew 9.5-million viewers giving it the highest viewership since 2001. Taylor Swift was the big winner of the night with eight trophies.

Taylor Swift Leads Billboard Music Award Winners
Just more proof that she runs the the world and we just live in it. Taylor Swift picked up eight awards at the Billboard Music Awards Sunday night, including Top Artist. Justin Bieber was also a big winner picking up three awards.

Miguel Lands On a Fan's Head at Billboard Music Awards
Miguel got a little too excited while performing at the Billboard Music Awards. He tried to jump over fans from stage to stage, and instead landed on a fan's head. (She's okay.) Check it out...



Trace Adkins Wins "Celebrity Apprentice"
He was runner-up last time, but this time Trace Adkins came out on top in "Celebrity Apprentice." Adkins beat Penn Jillette in Sunday's season finale earning the $250,000 grand prize for the American Red Cross.

"Star Trek: Into Darkness" Blows Past "Iron Man 3"
It was a good weekend for the new "Star Trek" movie. "Into Darkness" made $70.6-million over the weekend. "Iron Man 3" came in second with $35.2-million, and "The Great Gatsby" was third with $23.4-million.

Original Four Judges to Return for "The Voice" Season 5
It's official. NBC has confirmed that next season on "The Voice" Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green will return as judges for season 5. Their current season replacements, Shakira and Usher, will also return...in season 6 after the Winter Olympics next year.

"American Idol" Season 12 Winner Declared....

It came down to Kree and Candice, and Candice Glover prevailed to become the season 12 winner of "American Idol." The native of South Carolina became the first woman to win the title since season six winner Jordin Sparks. For the first time in the history of the show, the winner's album became available for pre-order immediately following the show.

"The Office" Ends It's Nine Season Run
It was farewell to "The Office" on NBC Thursday night. The finale had the Dunder Mifflin team getting together for the wedding of Dwight and Angela. Even Steve Carell's character showed up at the last minute to be co-best man.

Jodi Arias TV Movie Set for June
Of course there's going to be a Jodi Arias TV movie, and of course it's going to be on Lifetime. June 22nd is the premiere date for "Jodi Arias: Dirty Little Secret."

"Angry Birds 3D" Coming to Theaters
There's a good chance you have played Angry Birds at least once on a mobile device, but did you ever think it would become a movie? Rovio, the game's developer, announced Sony Pictures Entertainment has purchased the rights. The film is to be released July 1, 2016.

"American Idol" Winner Announced Tonight
Tonight's the night Kree or Candice will be crowned the season 12 winner of "American Idol." The two each sang three songs last night in their bid for the win.

Nicki Minaj Leaving "Idol"
An insider is telling "Us Weekly" that Nicki Minaj will not be back for another season of "Idol." The source says Minaj only planned to judge one season and will now concentrate on her next album.

TNT and TBS To Stream Live
The good news is starting this summer TNT and TBS will start streaming their programs 24/7. The bad news is, it's only available if you're already a subscriber to a pay-TV provider. ABC announced a plan to do the same earlier this week, and Fox is said to be working on a plan as well.

Cannes Film Festival Opens
All the celebs are hanging out in France this week for the 66th Cannes Film Festival. "The Great Gatsby" opens the festival today, and it runs through May 27th. Some of the other films screening at this event include Steven Soderbergh's "Behind the Candelabra" about Liberace and a new one from the Coen Brothers. Steven Spielberg is heading the judging panel this year as jury president.

"Dancing with the Stars" Changing Format
This fall the 17th season of DWTS will look a little bit different. In New York Tuesday ABC announced the show will eliminate the second night results show instead folding the results into the show's 2-hour Monday night broadcast.

Keith Urban Taking Randy Jackson's Place on "Idol" Next Season
As Kree and Amber prepare to face-off on part one of the "American Idol" finale tonight, rumors continue to swirl around the future of the show. Keith Urban confirmed he is staying with the show on an "Ellen" appearance Tuesday. Check it out...


Angelina Jolie To Have Another Surgery
After having a double mastectomy to greatly reduce her risk of breast cancer, "People" magazine is reporting Angelina Jolie will undergo another surgery to reduce her risk of ovarian cancer. The magazine reports her doctors say Jolie has about a 50% chance of developing ovarian cancer, the same disease that killed her mother after a 10-year battle, so she's planning to undergo surgery to remove her ovaries.

Angelina Jolie Reveals Double Mastectomy
Actress Angelina Jolie has revealed in a "New York Times" op-ed piece that she has undergone a double mastectomy. She made the decision after finding out she carries the BRCA1 cancer gene...giving her an 87% of developing breast cancer. Since the surgery doctors say her chances of developing breast cancer are now less than 5%.

Dr. Joyce Brothers Dead at 85
If you watched TV in the 70's and 80's you probably saw Dr. Joyce Brothers at some point. She had her own TV show, advice columns, and was a guest star on "The Love Boat," "CHiPs," "Night Court," "Moonlighting," and "Melrose Place." Brothers died Monday at the age of 85 after a long illness.

Christina Aguilera To Return to "The Voice" for Season 5
"The Wrap" is reporting Christina Aguilera will return to "The Voice" for season 5 after taking a break during season 4. A source says she'll get a $17-million pay day for her return.

Jack Bauer Will Return in 2014
Fans of "24" can rejoice. The show will return in the summer of 2014, according to Fox. Kiefer Sutherland will return as Jack Bauer, and the story will pick up several years after the last season. It will be called "Live Another Day" and run for 12 weeks keeping the real-time format. However, some hours may be skipped here and there.

Barbara Walters Announcing Retirement Today
She's 83-years-old, and she's ready to hang up her microphone. Barbara Walters is set to announce her retirement on "The View" this morning. After a career spanning more than 50 years, it will come to an end in 2014...one year after the announcement.

Seth Meyers To Take Over "Late Night" After Jimmy Fallon
The rumors were true. "Saturday Night Live's" Seth Meyers will take over "Late Night" when Jimmy Fallon takes over "The Tonight Show" next year. Meyers says he hopes he "can do it justice."

The Ultimate "Survivor" Fan Wins "Survivor"
He's probably the most unlikely winner the show has ever seen, but John Cochran became the winner of the 26th season of "Survivor" on Sunday's finale. Cochran wins the $1-million prize beating Dawn and Sherri in a unanimous vote. Host Jeff Probst teased the next season of the show titled "Blood vs. Water" but gave no more details than that. The show returns in September.

It's Down to the Final Two on "Celebrity Apprentice"
A double elimination Sunday leaves Trace Adkins and Penn Jillette dueling it out as the final two. Lil Jon and Lisa Rinna were both voted out this week. Sunday is the finale. Good news for the show...NBC has picked it up for another season. Donald Trump, executive producer, announced the news on Twitter Sunday.

"The Great Gatsby" Can't Come Close to Dethroning "Iron Man 3"
On a normal weekend $51.1-million would be plenty to take the top spot at the box office...except when and "Iron Man" movie is out. "The Great Gatsby" opened big but not big enough to shut down "Iron Man 3." "Iron Man 3" made another $72.5-million this weekend. In third it was "Pain and Gain" with $5-million.

"Young & The Restless" Actress Dies
She played Katherine Chancellor for more than 40 years on "The Young & the Restless," and her character famously underwent a facelift on the show mirroring her own real-life experience. Jeanne Cooper, has died at age 84. Her son, Corbin Bernsen, made the announcement on his Facebook page Wednesday.

Britney Spears Confirms a Vegas Residency
There have been rumors for months that Britney Spears would soon be performing in Las Vegas, and now she confirms it to "Shape" magazine. Spears says she's shaping up for the event with workout regimen that includes yoga and cardio sessions several times a week. No word yet on the venue for her show.

Hanging Chads on "The Voice?"
Okay there were no hanging chads, but there were some voting problems on "The Voice" this week. Wednesday night host Carson Daly opened the show letting viewers know there were voting inconsistencies via text and online votes. The show decided to throw out all online and text votes this week, but Daly said that wouldn't affect the results. Huh?

"American Idol" To Ax All Four Judges
TheWrap.com is reporting big changes on "American Idol" next season. According to their source all four judges will be fired along with producer Nigel Lythgoe. No comment from Fox.

Michael Jackson May Be Dead, But That Doesn't Mean He Can't Be Accused of Molestation Again
Choreographer Wade Robson is saying he was molested by the late Michael Jackson, according to TMZ. This is a change in Robson's story. Back in 2005 he testified that he had never been molested by Jackson. Robson's lawyer is asking to file a late creditor's claim against MJ's estate.

Which Hollywood Star Do You Trust The Most?
According to a new Reader's Digest poll Tom Hanks is the most trustworthy star in America. He had the highest trust score with 65% followed closely by Sandra Bullock with 63%. Denzel Washington and Meryl Streep were close behind with 62% and 61% respectively. How about the least trustworthy? That honor belongs to Kristen Stewart. She had the lowest trust score with just 24%. Tom Cruise has the lowest for the guys with 27%.

Randy Jackson Leaving "American Idol"...Mariah Carey Leaving Randy Jackson

It's been a rough season in the ratings for "American Idol," and now the show's veteran judge is bailing out before the season's even over. Randy Jackson announced Thursday he won't be back for the 13th season and wants to focus on his company, Dream Merchant 21, and other business ventures.
E! News is reporting that Mariah Carey will no longer be managed by Randy Jackson. A source says the two have parted ways after having a "falling out." She'll now be managed by the same company that manages Faith HIll, Alicia Keys, and Miley Cyrus.

Two Remain for "American Idol" Finale
Viewers said so long to Angie Miller on last nights "Idol" leaving Kree Harrison and Candice Glover to battle it out Wednesday. The winner will be announce Thursday.

NBC Cancels Several Shows
Hope you didn't watch "Whitney" or "1600 Penn," because they're being canceled. "The Wrap" is reporting NBC has also canceled "Up All Night" and "Guys with Kids." On the other hand "Parks and Recreation" has been renewed for another season.

YouTube is great, but would you pay for it? The "Financial Times" says as soon as this week YouTube could announce a new subscription service to watch some of the videos on the site. They way some channels will cost $1.99 per month to watch. YouTube is not commenting.

Lauren Hill Going to Prison
Just because she has a Grammy doesn't mean she can't go to prison. Lauren Hill, formerly of the Fugees, was sentenced to three months in prison Monday for failing to file tax returns for three years. According to the court, Hill owed on more than $2-million in income.

Tom Cruise Signs On For "Mission : Impossible 5"
After the success of "Mission: Impossible 4" it's no surprise there will be a fifth film in the series, and now Tom Cruise has officially signed on to star according to "Variety." No other details yet.

Best Opening Weekend Ever for "Iron Man 3"
The movie theaters were busy this weekend! "Iron Man 3" made $175.3-million in its opening weekend. That makes it the second best opening of all time...behind last year's "The Avengers." The film made even more money worldwide...in just eleven days it's made $680-million. In second place this weekend it was "Pain & Gain" with $7.6-million and "42" was in third with $6.2-million.

22nd Season of "Amazing Race" Ends
Sunday "Amazing Race" crowned two new winners in a two-hour finale. Brothers from North Carolina, Bates and Anthony Battaglia crossed the finish line and picked up the $1-million grand prize.

Miley Cyrus Scoops Maxim Magazine
Oops! I'm sure it's not how Maxim wanted it to go down, but Miley Cyrus told everyone she's number one on Maxim's Hot 100 annual list. However, the magazine hadn't revealed their list yet. She even posted a photo that appears to be from the photo shoot.

One Half of Kriss Kross Dead at 34
They had one of the biggest hits of the 90's, and they were known for wearing their clothes backwards. Now Chris Kelly, one half of the rap duo Kriss Kross is dead at 34. He was found unrepsonsive in his Atlanta home Wednesday and later pronounced dead. Their song "Jump" was number one for eight weeks in 1992.

George Jones Funeral Drawing Big Names
Today in Nashville it's the public memorial for George Jones. There will be musical performances from several artists like Brad Paisley and Alan Jackson in addition to several speakers including former first lady Laura Bush and Bob Shieffer of CBS News. The ceremony starts at 10am and you can see it on Opry.com and TV stations CMT, GAC, and FamilyNet.

Netflix Loses Nearly 2000 Movies in One Day
As of midnight Wednesday Netflix lost nearly 2000 films and shows. Their deal with Warner Brothers expired and so did the content. Warner now has its own classic film streaming service that launched in April.

No, it's not to replace Mariah Carey. "E! News" is reporting Lopez will perform on the season finale of "American Idol" on May 8th.

"Dallas" Picked Up for Third Season
The show will go on even without JR Ewing. TNT has renewed "Dallas" for a third season.

"Pawn Stars" Getting New Theme Song
When the 4th season of "Pawn Stars" kicks off May 30th, you may notice something new...the theme song. "The Las Vegas Sun" says Lynyrd Skynyrd has recorded a new theme song for the show. The group had a concert outside the pawn shop recently, and portions of the concert will be used to promote the show.
