John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

72-Year-Old Patrick Stewart Has His First Slice of Pizza?  Well Kind of.
Yesterday a photo made the rounds on Twitter of Patrick Stewart eating a slice of pizza in New York.  No big deal, except that his tweet said he was eating his "first ever pizza slice."  How could a 72-year-old man have never had pizza?  Well now we know that's not really the case.  He tells "New York" he has actually had pizza before, "But, you know, I would go in [a pizza place] and order a pizza and eat a whole pizza. It was the concept of the slice that I had never encountered before.”

Katie Couric Dated Bob Saget?
Katie Couric talked with Howard Stern Wednesday and dished some interesting details of her dating past.  Turns out she had dates with Bob Saget and Jeff Probst but neither guy called her for another.  Couric even had a chance to go out with Michael Jackson, but she turned him down.  She says she now regrets that decision, "That would have been insane -- breaking bread with Michael Jackson!"
