John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

It's Down to the Final Three on "Idol"

Hometown visits are up next week for the remaining three contestants on "American Idol."  Hollie Cavanagh was eliminated Thursday night leaving Jessica, Joshua, and Phillip to duke it out.  The final three perform next Wednesday at 7pm on Fox.

CBS is Suing ABC
There's a new reality show coming to ABC called "The Glass House," and CBS isn't happy about it.  They think the new show is too similar to their reality show, "Big Brother."  Both shows feature contestants living together in a house with viewer votes sending people home throughout the season.  However, an ABC spokeswoman says "The Glass House" has added interactive elements.  CBS, on the other hand, is asking a U.S. District Court for an injunction to stop ABC from debuting the show.

"Cougar Town" Switching Networks
Ratings have been down for "Cougar Town" starring Courtney Cox since it returned to ABC after a long absence.  Some were worried the show would be canceled, but instead it's moving to TBS at the end of its this season.

Lots of TV Shows Have Been Renewed
ABC announced the following shows will be coming back for another season: "Modern Family," "The Middle," "Grey's Anatomy," "Castle," Once Upon a Time,", Suburgatory," and "Revenge."
NBC is bringing "30 Rock" back for a final season and "Parenthood" will be back for a fourth season.  Also coming back: "Community."  No word on "The Office" or "Parks and Recreation."
