"Desperate Housewives" Trial

As the final few episodes of "Desperate Housewives" are about to air, a former actress on the show is in court saying she was wrongfully terminated.  Nicollette Sheridan, who played Edie Britt, testified Thursday that Mark Cherry, creator of the show, delivered a "nice wallop" to her head during an argument over the script.  She says she was then fired when when complained about being hit.  Cherry's attorney says he was only rehearsing a scene with Sheridan and demonstrating what he wanted her to do when he hit her in the head.  Sheridan is suing for $6-million.

Justin Beiber Turns 18 and Gets a Car
Justin Bieber is finally legal.  He turned 18 Thursday, and while visiting "Ellen" received a $100,000 car as a gift from his manager.  The car is a 2012 Fisker Karma, the first all electric luxury car.

Zac Efron's Condom Incident
The family film "The Lorax" opens in theaters today, but the stars were out in full force at the premiere where there was a little incident when something fell out of Zac Efron's pocket as he walked the red carpet.  Thursday on the "Today" show  Matt Lauer asked Efron about, and he admitted the item was indeed a condom saying, "I never had a pocket-checking policy prior to going onto the red carpet before, but now we fully instated one."
