John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

Avengers Sequel Coming in 2015

You'll have to wait a while, but there will be a sequel to the Avengers film.  "The Avengers 2" is scheduled to hit theaters on May 1, 2015.  More good news: Joss Whedon will be back to direct the second film.

Brian Urlacher and Jenny McCarthy Kaput
Sorry Bears fans.  Doesn't look like you'll be spotting Jenny McCarthy in the stands at Soldier Field any time soon.  The couple has called it quits.  McCarthy had this to say to E! News, "Brian and I have decided to turn our romance into an amazing friendship.  I will continue to be the biggest cheerleader for him.  Go Bears!"

Christopher Guest Gets a Show on HBO
His movies always crack me up.  I mean "Best in Show" is one of my all time favorites, so I'll definitely tune in and check out a new show on HBO by Christopher Guest.  The series will be called "Family Tree" and stars Tom Chadwick, the adorable love interest of Kristen Wiig in "Bridesmaids."
