After 15 years, we're down to the last week. July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning. There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business. She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital. It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week. Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet.

The E Buzz for May 27, 2011
So Much for Simon Cowell Many predicted the demise of "American Idol" after Simon Cowell left the show, and they have been proven wrong. The season finale of "Idol" Wednesday night drew big ratings...a 21% increase from last year's finale. Even more impressive, there was a 12% increase in the 18-49 age range...the first increase in that demo the show has had in five years.
In other "Idol" news, Carrie Underwood gave her phone number to both Scotty and Lauren at the finale Wednesday. She told E! Online she knows what's in store, so she's made herself available in case they want to talk to someone who knows what they're going through. Underwood's given her number to every "Idol" winner every season since she won in 2005, but only one has actually called her: David Cook.
Oprah's Being Lazy
Now that she's out of a job (sort of), Oprah is doing nothing. She Tweeted she was "staying in pj's all day."
While her last show was big news, the bracelet she was wearing on the show seems to be creating a buzz. The pink diamond tasseled bracelet had people all over the internet trying to figure out where to get one. Zap2It.com reports the bracelet was designed by Lorraine Schwartz...the same person who designed Kim Kardashians new engagement ring. No word on a price tag for Oprah's bracelet.
