John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

George Clooney went to Africa in January and contracted Malaria. He’s okay now, according to his rep. Tonight Clooney will be on “Piers Morgan Tonight” on CNN.
 
Ricky Gervais Defends Himself
After taking a lot of heat for his Golden Globes hosting gig, Ricky Gervais took to “Piers Morgan Tonight” to defend himself. He said he didn’t think he did anything wrong by taking some shots at the Hollywood elite Sunday night. He also said he approached the job as an outsider with no desire schmooze the stars.
 
Jesse James Engaged
Jesse James isn’t wasting any time getting back into marriage. James tells “People” that he is engaged to Kat Von D. He says 2010 was actually the best year of his life “because I fell in love with my best friend. An amazing woman who stood behind me when the world turned their backs.” This will be marriage number four for James.
