John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

Lindsay Necklace Store Cashes in Again
Once again that store that says Lindsay Lohan stole a necklace from them, is trying to cash in.  This time you can pay $.2.99 and go on the internet and see "new content every day" that will "help you make up your mind about what really happened."  Previously the store sold the surveillance video to the AP, and they were planning to auction the necklace.

Controversial Kennedy Miniseries Starts Sunday
Remember that miniseries "The Kennedys" that the History Channel decided they didn't want to air?  It got shopped around and finally ended up on the Reelz channel.  Sunday you'll be able to see what all the fuss is about when the eight-part miniseries starts.  Greg Kinnear plays President John F. Kennedy and Katie Holmes plays the former first lady.

Good News For Fans of Mad Men
Earlier this week we heard that "Mad Men" would be delaying the fifth season until 2012 due to contract negotiations with the creator of the show.  Now we get word that AMC and Matthew Weiner have come to an agreement which means at least two more seasons of the show.
