You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Jennifer Grey In the Lead We knew she could dance, so it's no surprise that after the first night of dancing on "Dancing wtih the Stars", actress Jennifer Grey is in the lead. Bristol Palin did well in her much-anticipated dance, but her famous mother was not in the studio as rumored. The results show is tonight at 7:00pm on ABC.
Good and Bad News for Lindsay Lohan The bad new is there's an warrant out for Lindsay Lohan's arrest because of her failed drug tests. The good news is she settled her lawsuit against E Trade. The actress sued after a commercial appeared featuring a baby named Lindsay who was a "milkaholic".
Gwyneth Paltrol on "Glee"? it could happen! E! is reporting the Oscar-winning actress will make a two-episode appearance on "Glee" in November. Word is she'll play a substute teacher and possible love interest for Will Schuster. The best part is, they're saying she will sing and dance!
