The Remake Parade Continues
Remember "Point Break"...the surfing/action film starring Keanu Reaves and Patrick Swayze? It's getting a makeover from Warner Bros. Yep, it's only 20 years old, and they're already remaking it. Not word on a cast yet.
Conan O'Brien Sitcom Pilot Okayed
We may soon see a new sitcom starring Conan O'Brien. TBS has okayed the half-hour comedy about a man, who after quitting his job, returns to his old neighborhood and reunites with an old friend. No word when the show will air.
"Top Gun" Coming Back to Theaters in 2012
Ah "Top Gun." I'll always have fond memories of the volleyball scene, and now you can see those perfect pecs and awesome abs in 3D! "The Hollywood Reporter" says the 1986 film is being re-released in theaters and has been converted to 3D. Hopefully we'll be able to see it early next year.
Premiering Tonight on TV
Only one premiere on the major networks tonight. Catch "Ringer" on the CW at 8pm.
"Home Improvement" Reunion
The October 7th issue of "Entertainment Weekly" will feature TV show reunions, and here's a sneak peek. They got the cast of "Home Improvement" back together for a family photo.
