You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Surprise Oust on "Dancing with the Stars" Folks were a little stunned last night with the results on "Dancing with the Stars." Realtiy TV star and ex-fiance of Jay Cutler was sent home after being in the bottom two with soccer star Hope Solo. Judge Len Goodman wasn't too happy about it. He said it was "madness" that the two ladies were even in the bottom two.
The First Fall TV Show Has Been Cancelled Well it's never good to be the first to go. NBC has axed the first show of the fall season after only three episodes. "The Playboy Club" starred Eddie Cibrian, husband of LeAnn Rimes. For now, the 9pm Monday night time slot will be filled with repeats of "Prime Suspect." ***Update*** To add injury to insult, Cibrian was injured on the set of the show Tuesday night. He caught his heel under a 200-lb. steel door, resulting in a deep gash. The "Chicago Sun-Times" reports he was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital. The show is still filming, because the network is hoping to sell it to another network.
Two Shows Picked Up While "The Playboy Club" didn't make it, NBC has ordered full season of a couple of its sit-coms. "Up All Night" and "Whitney" will at least finish out the current season.

"Mr. Ed" Coming to the Big Screen It was a popular show in the 60's about a talking horse, and now it may be coming to theaters. Fox 2000 has picked up the film rights to "Mister Ed." "The Hollywood Reporter" says the film will use a real horse with a CG mouth.
More Disney 3D Re-Releases "The Lion King 3D" has been so successful for Disney, they're going to re-release four more of their big movies in 3D. First up is "Beauty and the Beast" in January. After that it's "Finding Nemo" in September followed by "Monsters, Inc." and "The Little Mermaid" in 2013.
