You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Discovery Works Things About with Captains of "Deadliest Catch" They threatened to leave, but it looks like they've worked things out. The three captains from "Deadliest Catch", Sig Hansen and Johnathan and Andy Hillstand, WILL be returning to the show next season. The Hillstand's were being sued by the network over a spin-off show, but they've worked things out and will be a part of the action when they start filming the next season.
No 3-D for Harry Potter It was widely reported that the last two movies in the Harry Potter franchise would be released in 3-D. Now Warner Brothers says it won't happen...at least for "Deathly Hallows: Part 1". They weren't going to be able to convert the film before the scheduled release date in November. Rather than move the release date back they decided to scrap the 3-D. However, "Deathly Hallows: Part 2" will be released in 3-D.
"The Social Network" Remains at Number One It's was another good weekend for "The Social Network" at the box office. The film about the founding of Facebook pulled in another $15.5-million. New releases "Live As We Know It" and "Secretariat" didn't have enough to unseat "The Social Network" coming in at number two and three respectively.
