John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

Oprah Talks To Michael Jackson's Kids and Parents
On yesterday's Oprah Michael Jackson's mother, father, and children talked about the late entertainer.  His kids portrayed him as a great father and said he cooked the best breakfasts. 
As for the new MJ music released by Sony yesterday, some are saying it's not the King of Pop singing on the song.  It's called "Breaking News", and Sony says it was recorded in 2007 and finished recently.  The song is from an upcoming album that will be out in December called "Michael". 

Mary Hart Replacement Named
When Mary Hart leaves "Entertainment Tonight" next year she'll be replaced by a familiar face.  Nancy O'Dell of "Access Hollywood" will join "ET" in January as a correspondent and will take over the anchor desk in when Hart leaves.

The Lindsay Lohan Rehab Center?
Yesterday Linday Lohan's mom, Dina, talked with Matt Lauer on "Today" and said Lindsay is doing well in rehab.  So well, in fact, that her mom says Lindsay would like to open her own rehab facilities to help other young people.  Lindsay has eight more weeks before she can leave rehab.

Wheel of Fortune Miracle
Friday on "Wheel of Fortune" Caitlyn Burke pulled up a near miracle.  The contestant solved a seven word, 27 letter phrase with only the letter "L" and an apostrophe.  She won a trip to the Caribbean for solving the puzzle.
