John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

It's nearly over.  Today prosecutors and defense attorneys present their closing arguments in the case against Dr. Conrad Murray.  If convicted, Murray could get up to four years in prison and lose his medial license.

Justin Bieber Tweets to Fans About Baby Rumors
As Jimmy Kimmel said, "Aw, his first paternity suit.  They grow up so fast."  But Justin Bieber tells his fans to "focus on what is real" in the midst of a paternity suit filed by a 20-year-old woman who claims Bieber is the father of her child. 


"X Factor" Gets Second Season
Good news for Simon Cowell.  E! News says FOX has renewed the show for another season.  While it hasn't been the ratings hit of "American Idol," "X Factor" is doing well beating shows like "Dancing with the Stars,", "Amazing Race," and "Survivor."

Bond Is Back...It's Official
This morning in the London there was a press conference to announce what we already knew.  There will be another James Bond film.  The 23rd of the franchise will bring back Daniel Craig, director Sam Mendes, Javier Bardem, and Judi Dench will return as "M."  The movie will be called "Skyfall" and is due to be out a year from now.
