John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

Maybe Now the Death Threats Will Stop
Last night the season 11 champion of "Dancing with the Stars" was revealed, and to no one's suprise the winner was Jennifer Grey.  Many predicted she would win from the very first week of the show.

John Travolta Welcomes a Son
Congratulations to John Travolta and his wife Kelly Preston.  Tuesday they welcomed a baby boy named Benjamin.  The baby weighed in at 8 pounds 3 oz. 

Actor Kills His Mother With a Sword
It was a gruesome scene in Brooklyn yesterday when bit part actor Michael Brea murdered his mother with a ceremonial Freemason sword while yelling religious references.  The actor, who was in "Ugly Betty" and "Step Up 3D" was reportedly heard by neighbors who lived in the building yelling things like "architect of the universe" and "repent".  Police have taken Brea for psychiatric evaluation.

Beatles Sales Strong on iTunes
Many said no one would care that the Beatles available on iTunes figuring they already had the music on CD or they were too young to know who the Beatles are.  Wrong!  iTunes says in the first week of sales 450,000 albums were downloaded while 2 million singles were downloaded.
