John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

Death Threats for Bristol Palin
Really?  Death threats over a dance competition?  According to TMZ, the death threats started against Bristol Palin last week after she made the final three.  FOX411 says security is on lock-down and that Palin is surrounded by security guards wherever she goes. 

Oprah Gives Cars to Her Entire Audience
It was a first and a last.  The first time Oprah ever had TWO Favorite Things episodes (with two different audiences), and it's the last time for the gift extravaganza since her show is ending after this season.  On yesterday's show, she gifted a new 2012 VW Bug to everyone in the audience.  Other gifts included iPads and diamond earrings.

American Music Awards Reach a New Low
It was the lowest rated American Music Award show of all time on Sunday according to "The Hollywood Reporter".

Wedding Date for The Prince Is Set
Prince William and Kate Middleton will marry on April 29th at Westminster Abbey.  The royal family will pay for the wedding, music, and parties, but the taxpayers will cover the cost of security.
