John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

It's Official, Ricky Gervais Is Coming Back
You can almost hear the celebrity knees knocking as the Hollywood Foreign Press Association has confirmed Ricky Gervais will return as host of the Golden Globes in January.  The HFPA said, "While many welcome Gervais's return, not everyone is happy with the decision because last year his blunt one-liners targeting big-name celebrities caused anger and resentment in some quarters.  After the show Gervais dismissed the possibility of coming back for a third time, but he gradually warmed to the idea."
If you don't recall why some celebs were angry after last year's awards, here's a reminder.

Bradley Cooper Sexiest Man Alive
"People" magazine has named their Sexiest Man Alive, and it's Bradley Cooper.  No everyone agrees though (me included).  Many think Ryan Gosling got robbed, and there's even a petition online asking "People" to admit their mistake.

Here We Go With Another Remake
Remember "The Munsters?"  NBC is bringing it back in a pilot.  The new version will be done by the creator of "Pushing Daisies" and will be darker and less campy than the original.
