You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Mel Gibson Admission Actor Mel Gibson admitted in a sworn declaration from June that he did slap his ex, Oksana Gregorieva. He says she was hsyterical and and was violently swinging their daughter and that he slapped her with an open hand to in an attempt to bring her back to reality. He says never punched her or broke her teeth as she stated not did he hit their daughter.
Big Ratings for Sarah Palin's Reality Show Sarah Palin has unseated Kate Gosselin in the ratings war. TLC debuted "Sarah Palin's Alaska" Sunday night, and the show did very well. Nearly 5-million viewers tuned in, making it the biggest debut ever on the channel.
"Biggest Loser" Resumes Filming Last week we told you the crew of "Biggest Loser" went on strike putting filming for the show on hold. The show is back in business. Monday filming resumed with a new crew. The crew on strike says all they want is health care. Director of Photography for the show, Vanessa Holtgrewe, says for a show that's all about being healthy, it's a bit hypocritical not to offer healthcare to its workers. Trainers for the show, Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper, did not cross picket lines.
The Beatles on iTunes? It's been rumored off and on for years, but today maybe, just maybe it will actually happen. Apple is making a big announcement today, and the "Wall Street Journal" says it's going be that the Beatles songs are finally available for digital downloads on iTunes. However, unnamed sources close to the situation say that Apple Corps and EMI could still back out.
