You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Final Four Set on "Dancing With the Stars" It's down to the final four competitors on "Dancing with the Stars", and you might be surprised by them. Kurt Warner was booted from the show last night which leaves Jennifer Grey, Kyle Massey, Brandy, and Bristol Palin.
Oscar Winner Sings Country Tonight She won an Oscar for her acting, but it turns out she can sing too. Gwyneth Paltrow will sing on tonight's CMA Award show. She'll be singing the title track from her upcoming movie, "Country Strong" with a little help from Vince Gill.
Next week she'll guest on "Glee" where she'll sing and dance.
"Conan" Beats Jay Leno Conan O'Brien's new show on TBS debuted Monday night, and he beat "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" in the ratings. "Conan" received 4.1-million viewers, and Jay Leno received 3.6-million viewers.
Filming Stops on "The Biggest Loser" Crew members on "The Biggest Loser" have walked out, and the show has stopped filming. According to Deadline, the crew members are trying to unionize. No word on when filming will resume.
