John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

The Stars Come Out at the United Center After the Bulls won Sunday nigyt, the United Center was transformed into Oprah's talk show studio. Yesterday, two shows were taped that will air May 23rd and 24th leading up to thefinal show May 25th. It was quite an affair called "Surprise Oprah! A Farewell Spectacular," and it truly was spectacular. Tom Hanks hosted the event, there were performances by Aretha Franklin, Steveie Wonder, Josh Groban, Rascal Flatts, Kristen Chenoweth, Patti LaBelle, and Jamie Foxx. Tom Cruise was there and so was Madonna, Simon Cowell, Rosie O'Donnell, Maria Shriver, Halle Berry, Queen Latifah, Katie Holmes, Dakota Fanning, and more.
Final Three on DWTS It was good-bye to Ralph Macchio on "Dancing with the Stars" last night leaving the final three to compete next week. Hines Ward, Chelsea Kane, and Kirstie Alley will compete for the mirror ball trophy on the finale next week.
Mel Gibson's Comeback Movie? At least Mel Gibson is getting love from someone. Gibson's new movie, "The Beaver," got a 10 minute standing ovation after it was screened Tuesday at the Canne Film Festival. Gibson wasn't on hand to feel the love, but the director and lead actress Jodi Foster was.
"Charlie's Angels" Returns on ABC While many are still angry over the cancellation of "Brothers & Sisters," ABC has announced one of its new shows for the fall. It's a revamp of "Charlie's Angels." The show will air on Thursday nights. Tim Allen will be making a return to television too. He'll star in the comedy "Last Man Standing" on Tuesdays.
New Jersey Housewives Rate Big Monday night's season 3 premiere of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" was a new record for Bravo. It was a highest rated debut in the history of the network.
