John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

Will Tom Bergeron Interview Chris Brown Tonight?
Tonight is the first elimination on "Dancing with the Stars", but that's not where you'll find the drama.  The drama centers around the musical guest for the week: Chris Brown.  Yesterday DWTS host Tom Bergeron told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show at it would probably be best if he didn't interview Brown on the show.  Bergeron said he might be compelled to say something "snarky."  Last week Brown allegedly broke a window in his dressing room at "Good Morning America" after an interview in which Robin Roberts asked him about assaulting Rihanna in 2009.

Maybe Charlie Sheen Isn't Sold Out Afterall
Remember when Charlie Sheen's "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour went on sale there were reports that tickets sold out in minutes?  Now Ticketmaster is confirming that hundreds of seats are still available for the New York and Chicago shows.  CNBC says most of the tickets were bought by secondary sellers (people planning to re-sell the tickets.)  Now tickets are appearning all over ebay and Craigslist.

Elizabeth Taylor's Jewelry Will Go Up For Auction
When I heard last week that Elizabeth Taylor had passed away, I wondered what would become of her incredible jewelry collection.  According to "People" magazine, the collection valued at $150-million will be auctioned by Christies "sometime in the future."
