John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

Clint Eastwood Donates DVD Profits to Japan
Clint Eastwood's tsnami-themed flim, "Hereafter", was pulled from theaters in Japan after the tragedy last week.  Now the director said he's going to donate a portion of DVD sales of the flick to the Japanese Red Cross Society.  "Hereafter" was released on DVD this week. 
In a related story, Walt Disney Company is also maing a donation of $2.5-million to the American Red Cross and will match employee donations to charities helping Japan up to $1-million.

Tiger Woods Appears on Jimmy Fallon
Tiger Woods made his first late night appearance since the big infideility scandal that ended his marriage.  He guested on Jimmy Fallon.




Lindsay Lohan Jewelry Store Seeking More Publicity
The jewelry store where Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole a $2500 necklace is trying to cash in again.  The store already sold their surveillance video and is planning to sell the necklace at auction, and now they're trying to get a book deal.  TMZ says the store contacted a literary agent who told them to call the "Enquirer."
