You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Brangelina's Kids Have Interesting Eating Habits Most kids like to eat fruit snacks and candy, but Angelina Jolie says her boys Maddox and Pax (9 & 7) "love to eat crickets. It's their favorite thing." The 36-year-old mom said, "when I first gave it to them....I wanted them not to be turned off by something that was of their culture. They ate them like Doritos, and they wouldn't stop." Jolie talked about her kids in a video shoot for Louis Vuitton's Core Values Campaign. Has she tried the crickets? "They're good. They're like a potato chip."
Lisa Kudrow Debuts New Show Well it's kind of a new show but not really. "Web Therapy" has been on the web for three years now, but it's now on Showtime. On the show Kudrow plays a therapist who has a non-traditional practice where she has webcam sessions with her patients instead of office visits. Victor Garber plays her husband, Lily Tomlin plays her mom.
