Three years ago Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce but dropped the case hoping to work it out. Apparently it didn't work out. Tish Cyrus has filed for divorce after 19 years and five children, according to TMZ. More telling is the tweet that Miley sent to dad on Thursday saying "since your text and email obviously aren't working would you like to talk like this?" That tweet has been removed.

Anyone else think this is a little messed up? Right now the Jackson family is embroiled in a court battle against AEG Live, the company they blame in part for Michael Jackson's death. Earlier this week AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips testified the Jackson Brothers have concert June 30th at Staples Center....an AEG Live venue. It's the third time since Michael died that the family has worked with AEG Live.

Sandra Bullock's Good, but Can She Fill The Comedic Shoes of Carol Burnett?
When I was a kid one of my favorite movies was "Annie" starring Carol Burnett as Miss Hannigan. There was a TV version remade a few years ago starring Kathy Bates in the role, and now Sony is trying to bring a new version to the big screen. TheWrap.com is reporting Sandra Bullock is in early talks to take on the role. This version of the film is to be set in modern times and is being produced, in part, by Will and Jada Pinkett Smith. Release is scheduled for holiday season 2014.

It's down to the final three on "The Voice," and once again Blake Shelton has a shot at a winner. He has two artists in the finale: Danielle Bradberry and the Swon Brothers, while Usher has one contestant left: Michelle. Oprah Donates $12-million to the Smithsonian
Billionaire Oprah Winfrey is helping to make sure a new museum gets built in Washington D.C. She's donated $12-million to the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture. It's under construction now and is expected to open in 2015 next to the Washington Monument. One of the theaters in the museum will be named after her.

"Us Magazine" says the woman is Natalie Holt, a viola player who was performing in the orchestra as the Johnson brothers sang. She later apologized saying it was a "silly thing to do."

"Wizard of Oz" In 3D Coming in September
We've all seen the "Wizard of Oz"...many of us several times but never in 3D. Now Warner Brothers is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the classic film by releasing it in theaters in 3D for one week beginning September 30th. It will only be in IMAX theaters. According to a VP at Warner Brothers, the original negatives were in such good shape it was difficult to make the switch to 3D.

Archie Comics Coming to the Big Screen
Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead and the gang have been around for 72 years, but now for the first time they'll be on the big screen. Michael Jackson's Daughter Attempts Suicide
TMZ is reporting Paris Jackson, Michael Jackson's daughter, has been place under a psychiatric hold for 72 hours after attempting suicide. The source tells TMZ she left a suicide note before trying to take her life early Wednesday and that she has received "numerous stitches" for self-inflicted cuts on her arm. This month marks the fourth anniversary since her father died. She's currently expected to testify in a wrongful death trial against AEG Live.
"All My Children" and "One Life to Live" Already Going on Hiatus
The soaps "All My Children" and "One Life to Live" just came back online, and now they're going on hiatus due to a labor dispute. Filming is being suspended right away until the issue is resolved. The union is upset that two of the episodes have gone over the agree upon budget.

Miguel May Face Lawsuit After Landing on Fan's Head During Concert
Remember a couple of weeks ago at the Billboard Music Awards when Miguel jumped across the audience pit and landed on a girl's head? Now he may be facing a lawsuit by the victim who is said to possibly have suffered neurological damage. On top of that, TMZ is reporting Miguel asked the producers of the show if he could perform the stunt, and they told him it was too dangerous and not to do it. However, come showtime he did it anyway.

"Storm Chasers" Die in Oklahoma Tornadoes
Friday was another deadly day in Oklahoma when several people were killed in the midst of tornadoes in the Oklahoma City area. Three of those deaths were Tim Samaras, his son Paul and their colleague Carl Young. They were with the show "Storm Chasers" on the Discovery Channel that ran from 2007-2011 and were killed pursuing a storm near El Reno, Oklahoma.

"Fast & Furious 6" Reigns Again
