After 15 years, we're down to the last week. July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning. There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business. She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital. It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week. Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet.

Ricky Gervais Causes a Stir at the Golden Globes Ratings are up two years in a row for the Golden Globes, and those last two years Ricky Gervais was the host. He's taking fire over his hosting at Sunday night's show when he blasted nearly every celebrity in the room. Officially the Hollywood Foreign Press said, "When you hire a comedian like Ricky Gervais, one expects in-your-face, sometimes outrageous material. Certainly, in this case, he pushed the envelope and occasionally went too far. The HFPA would never condone some of his personal remarks." Unofficially an unidentified HFPA member tells PopEater Gervais will not return and that "any movie he makes he can forget about getting nominated. He humiliated the organization and went too far with several celebrities whose representatives have already called to complain." Gervais was asked if he enjoyed himself, and he said, "Oh absolutely. For three hours every year, Hollywood is scared to death of me. It’s great.”
