John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Paula Deen Has Diabetes
After speculation for years by tabloids, celebrity chef Paula Deen is confirming that she has Type 2 Diabetes. In making her announcement she's also launching "Diabetes in a New Light" to help folks find simple ways to manage the disease.
Golden Globe Ratings Slightly Down Over all it was a very good night for NBC. "The Hollywood Reporter" is reporting 16.8-million people tuned in for the the Golden Globes. That's down just slightly from last year's 17-million.
