You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Grammy Nominations Tonight Tonight on CBS at 9pm the Grammy nominations will be announced in conjunction with a live concert. Miranda Lambert, Justin Bieber, and Katy Perry are some of the artists scheduled to perform. LL Cool J will host.
AWKWARD Moment for Susan Boyle I don't wish this on anyone. Yesterday Susan Boyle made an appearance on "The View" to promote her Christmas CD. She sang "O Holy Night", but in the middle of the song she had a voice problem and seemed to forget she was on live TV.
Kara DioGuardi Is Talking She's no longer a judge on "American Idol", and apparently she's ready to talk. Kara DioGuardi is reportedly writing a memoir called "A Helluva High Note: Surviving Life, Love, and American Idol". It's set to be released April 26th.
