John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry! 
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.

Beyonce's Baby Bump Steals the Show at the VMA's
It wasn't a performance or strange stunt that everyone was talking about at the MTV Video Music Awards last night.  In fact, the biggest sensation of the night hasn't even been born yet.  Beyonce made the announcement on the black carpet then performed on the show.  After her performance she undid the button on her blazer and rubbed her belly before she left the stage.  This will be the first child for Beyonce and Jay-Z who have been married for three years.

Katy Perry and Adele Win Big at VMA's
Katy Perry took home the "Video of the Year" award at last night's show while Adele managed to win a couple of awards too.  Lady Gaga was at the show...sort of.  Gaga showed up as a man...her alter ego Joe Calderone. and performed as him too.

"The Help" Stays on Top
Three new releases didn't have enough to knock "The Help" out of the top spot at the box office.  The film was number one for a second week at the box office with $14.3-million.  "Columbiana" oprned with $10.3-mllion, and "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark" came in theird with $8.7-million.  Overall the box office was down due to Hurricane Irene. 

Cast of "Dancing with the Stars" to be Revealed Tonight
Tonight we'll know the official list of contestants for the next season of "Dancing with the Stars."  The cast of the 13th season will be revealed during "Bachelor Pad" on ABC.  Chaz Bono is reportedly one of the celebrities who will be on that list.  Bono is the transgendered son of Cher and the late Sonny Bono.  According to TMZ Chaz will be paired with a female profressional dancer.

I can't wait for this movie to come out!  There was a sneak peek on the VMA's last night.
