You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

No Gold Bikini Yet No matter what she does, Carrie Fisher will always be known for her role as Princess Leia in the "Star Wars" film....and that gold bikini. Now at age 54, Fisher is one step closer to that bikini again. She's lost 50 pounds as a spokesperson for Jenny Craig.
David Letterman Predicts "Two and a Half Men" Will "Go Through the Roof" Ashton Kutcher was guest on "Late Show with David Letterman" last night where he discussed his new role on "Two and a Half Men." Letterman had encouraging things to say, "From the beginning, I said this was a tremendous combination. It's going to go through the roof."
Simon Cowell Wants to Be Frozen In a recent interview with GQ magazine, Simon Cowell said he'd like to be frozen when he dies so he can resurrected in the future. "It's an insurance policy. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work. If it does work, I'll be happy. If it's possible, and I think it will be, why not have a second crack? Does that sound crazy? I think it's good idea."
