You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

It Worked for "Hawaii Five-O"... Recently Hollywood is all about remakes on the big and the small screen. "Charlie's Angels" is coming back to TV, "Hawaii Five-O" is already back, and now it looks as if "Bewitched" might make a return as well. "Entertainment Weekly" reports CBS and Sony are working on a script now.
The Return of Urkel Remember Urkel the super nerdy guy from "Family Matters?" Well he's back...sort of. The actor who played Urkel, Jaleel White, is in the latest Cee Lo Green video "Cry Baby." White actually plays the role of Cee Lo in the video.
