You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Another "Today" Show Defector? First it was rumors Katie Couric won't be back as anchor of the CBS Evening News. Then it was said Meredith Viera won't be renewing her contract with "Today" when it expires. Now sources are telling "Entertainment Tonight" that Matt Lauer will also be leaving "Today" when his contract expires at the end of 2012. The "Today" show isn't commenting on the rumors. They only said Lauer has a "long term contract with NBC News and Today."

"The Hollywood Reporter's Reality Power List" is out, and the new king is Ryan Seacrest. He bumped Simon Cowell out of the top spot (Cowell dropped to 6th). Most of the people on the list are behind-the-scenes industry people, but there are a few familiar names on the list: Gordon Ramsey of "Kitchen Nightmare" came in at number 20, while Kris Jenner came in at number 50.
