John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since.
Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Wendy Williams Goes Home
Another "star" was sent hom last night on "Dancing with the Stars."  Host Tom Bergeron said she was the "one black girl who can't even do the running man." 

Meredeith Viera Leaving "Today"
Sources say "Today" show co-host Meredith Viera will leave the show when her contract runs out this fall.  "TV Guide" says there's no drama, Viera just wants to spend more time with her husband and three children.  Insiders say the front runner to take her place is Ann Curry.

Miley Cyrus And Charlie Sheen Sharing the Love
Even though she said she was never Tweeting again, Miley Cyrus is back on Twitter.  Her first tweet said part of the reason she was back was to follow Charlie Sheen.  Apparently Sheen heard about it and wrote to her "Dear Miley, welcome back to Twitter!  Always felt you were epic! Now you proved it! Thanks for the love."  Cyrus tweeted back "I always felt the same about you! You have taught me everything I know about winning.  Duh!"

Charlie Sheen Trying to Trademark 22 Phrases
It's amazing how quickly some of these phrases have worked their way into our vernacular.  "Tiger Blood," "Vatican Assassin," and "Duh, Winning."  Now Charlie Sheen is trying to trademark these phrases and many more.
