You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

"TV Guide" says there's no drama, Viera just wants to spend more time with her husband and three children. Insiders say the front runner to take her place is Ann Curry.
Miley Cyrus And Charlie Sheen Sharing the Love Even though she said she was never Tweeting again, Miley Cyrus is back on Twitter. Her first tweet said part of the reason she was back was to follow Charlie Sheen. Apparently Sheen heard about it and wrote to her "Dear Miley, welcome back to Twitter! Always felt you were epic! Now you proved it! Thanks for the love." Cyrus tweeted back "I always felt the same about you! You have taught me everything I know about winning. Duh!"
