You can hear us weekdays 6am - 10am on 104.5 WFMB in Springfield. John Spalding...has been on the radio in Springfield for over 30 years. John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Mila Kunis Rescued By Firefighters
"That 70's Show" star Mila Kunis got stuck in an elevator on Sunday in New York for about 45 minutes, until she was rescued by firefighters. Sources say she was in the elevator with up to ten other people and it "became very hot in there, but Mila and everyone else remained calm."
