"Modern Family" Actress Removed from Home After Alleged Abuse
Ariel Winter, who plays Alex Dunphy on "Modern Family," is going though some personal drama with her mother. TMZ says the 14-year-old has been removed from her home after allegations of physical and emotional abuse by her mother. Winter has been placed with her older sister, and her mother has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from the actress. Winter's mother denies the allegations, and there's a court hearing November 20th.

Saying, "if it wasn't for NYC: the Lower East side, Harlem, the Bronx, and Brooklyn, I would not be the woman or the artist I am today," Lady Gaga announced on her website she is pledging $1-million to New York and the American Red Cross. She added, "Thank you for helping me build my spirit. I will now help you rebuild yours."

Election night was a good night was a good night for NBC. The network had the most viewers with 12.6-million as America watched to see who would be our next president. ABC came in second followed by CBS and Fox.
Jermaine Jackson Doesn't Want to Be a Jackson Anymore
Apparently he's had enough. TMZ is reporting Jermaine Jackson, Michael's older brother, has filed a request to legally change is last name. Jackson is citing "artistic reasons" for the change. A hearing has been scheduled. No word on what name he'd like to take, but if his request is approved it will be publicly announced several times before it's made official.
