"Wreck-It Ralph" Sets Record for Disney
It was a huge weekend for Disney at the box office. Their latest animated offering, "Wreck-It Ralph," made $49.1-million in it's opening weekend. That makes it the highest-grossing opening weekend in Disney animation history. "Flight" starring Denzel Washington came in a distant second with $25-million. At number three it was "Argo" with $10.2-million.
Hurricane Sandy Telethon Raises Nearly $23-million
Jon Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen helped raise nearly $23-million dollars for the American Red Cross Friday night during the "Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together" telethon. Billy Joel, Sting, Steven Tyler, Jimmy Fallon, Christina Aguilera and many other celebs participated in the hour-long commercial-free fundraiser.
Cee Lo Green Accuser Says She Has Recording of His Apology
Cee Lo Green, judge on "The Voice," says "nothing ever happened there or anywhere else." But a woman is accusing him of assault, and sources tell TMZ Green allegedly admits to drugging the woman and having sex with her on a secretly taped recording. According to the woman, Green bought her a drink at an L.A. restaurant in July and the next thing she knew she woke up naked in a bed with him. Green's camp says the woman only went to police after they turned down her request for money.
