Voice of Elmo Resigns
Kevin Clash, the voice behind Sesame Street's Elmo, has resigned. Clash is the target of a $5-million lawsuit filed by a second man who says he had a sexual relationship with Clash when he was underage. Tuesday Sesame Workshop praised Clash for his work the last 28 years but said that Clash "has concluded that he can no longer be effective in his job and has resigned from Sesame Street." The "New York Times" is reporting filming of the show has been unaffected and that Clash had been helping the company identify other puppeteers who could play Elmo for some time now.

The FBI is investigating a suspicious letter that arrived on the set of "X Factor" Tuesday morning. The letter constrained a suspicious white powder and was meant for Khloe Kardashian. Authorities determined the powder was harmless, but the contents of the letter are not known.
