John Travolta Being Sued for Sexual Assault
The accuser, only named as "John Doe" in court papers, alleges Travolta tried to have sex with him during a massage session.  "John Doe" says after he rejected the come-ons, Travolta called him a "loser" and sent him on his way.  "Doe" is seeking $2-million plus punitive damages.  Actor John Travolta's rep calls the lawsuit "a complete fiction and fabrication," according to TMZ.  The rep adds the actor was more than 24-hundred miles away from the place the alleged assault took place and promises they will sue the masseur and his attorney for malicious prosecution.

Beloved Children's Book Author Dies
Maurice Sendak, author of "Where the Wild Things Are," has died at the age of 83.  The "New York Times" reports Sendak died today in Danbury, Connecticut due to complications from a recent stroke.  His book on the Caldecott Medal in 1963 and was made into a movie in 2009.

"The Voice" Finalists Sing for the Win
Monday night the four finalists on "The Voice" sang a solo and a duet with their mentor in a bid to win the big prize.  Tonight the winner will be announced on the finale based on America's votes.  If a new AccessHollywood.com poll is correct, Adam Levine just might go two-for-two.  Levine's contestant won last season, and this season his contestant seems to be the favorite.  45% said they were hoping Tony Lucca would win followed by 26% for Juliet Simms, 20% for Jermaine Paul, and just 9% for Chris Mann.  Find out who wins tonight on NBC at 8pm.

Sacha Baron Cohen Apologizes to Ryan Seacrest for the Oscar Ash Dump
Remember when Sacha Baron Cohen dumped an urn of fake ashes on Ryan Seacrest on the Oscar Red Carpet?  Well Ryan Seacrest was a pretty good sport about it, and over the weekend he got an apology from Cohen.  According to Seacrest on his radio show this morning, it all went down backstage at "Saturday Night Live."  Cohen was on the show for a cameo, and immediately after his appearance came off stage and apologized to Seacrest.  "He comes off stage, comes over to me, breaks character and says sorry about the Oscars, it wasn't personal.  Seacrest said Cohen was "very very apologetic and genuine and kind and sweet."  Cohen also revealed Seacrest wasn't the original target of the stunt...George Clooney was!
