John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

John Mayer Says Taylor Swift Hurt Him
Awww, poor John Mayer.  In the new "Rolling Stone" Mayer says Taylor Swift "humiliated" him by writing a song on her "Speak Now" album called "Dear John."  The song is rumored to be about a brief romance between the two musicians.  Mayer says, "I never did anything to deserve that.  It was a really lousy thing for her to do."

Premiere Date for "The Hobbit"
The much anticipated prequel to the "Lord of the Rings," "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey," will premiere in New Zealand November 28th.  The rest of us will get to see it December 14th.  The it set 60 years before "Lord of the Rings," it was shot in 3D, and it's split into two parts.  The second part, "The Hobbit: There and Back Again," is due in December 2013.
