John & Michele in the Morning

After 15 years, we're down to the last week.  July 12, 2013 will be the last show for John & Michele in the Morning.  There's nothing scandalous to report...sorry!
John will continue his reign as Springfield's morning show king, but he'll just be doing it with someone new.
Michele is moving on to a new phase of her career in the radio business.  She'll still be in Springfield and still with Neuhoff Media, however instead of being on the air she's going to be focusing on all things digital.  It's been a great 15 years, and John & Michele plan to spend this last week reminiscing with guests and playing some of the best moments of the past.
Michele would LOVE to hear from you this week.  Write on the John & Michele Facebook page, email her, or tweet

In a week the fifth "Die Hard" movie hits theaters.  Now Bruce Willis is saying there will be a sixth film too.  He didn't divulge any more than that the franchise will continue.

Whitney Houston Getting 4 Wax Figures
As the one year anniversary of Whitney Houston's death approaches, Madame Tussauds is celebrating her life with four new wax figures of the star.  They will be displayed in separate U.S. cities.  Washington D.C. gets Houston in her track suit from the 1991 Super Bowl, Hollywood gets her in her "Bodyguard" costume, Las Vegas gets Houston from her "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" video, and New York gets a more recent version from a 2009 photo shoot.  All four figures will be unveiled today.

CBS Has a Dress Code for the Grammys
Sunday night at 7pm on CBS it's the Grammy Awards, and the network doesn't want any trouble from the FCC.  So they've issued a memo warning all "talent appearing on camera" to make sure they are adequately covered up during the show.  Some of the funnier lines from the memo include: "please avoid exposing bare, fleshy under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack" and "thong-type costumes are problematic."

Justin Bieber Sets a New Record
"Believe Acoustic" is the latest album from Justin Bieber, and since it's number one on the charts it makes Beiber the first artist to have five number one albums before the age of 19.  Bieber will host "Saturday Night Live" this weekend...he'll also be the musical guest.
