John's been doing the morning show on 104.5 WFMB in 1995, and he's been stuck there ever since. Michele MItchell...has been doing the morning show with John since 1998...they are the longest-running morning show in Springfield.

Randy Travis Naked, Crashes Car
Wednesday the story broke about Randy Travis in a one vehicle accident charged with DWI and "retaliation and obstruction." Now more details are emerging, and they are truly strange. According to the "Denton Record-Chronicle," the whole thing started when authorities were notified a naked man had walked into a convenience store trying to get cigarettes then left in a black sports car. A short time later they received a call about a person driving recklessly in a black sports car. Officers then found the vehicle crashed into construction barricades and Travis naked in the road. Then Travis allegedly threatened to "shoot and kill the Troopers working the case" while on the way to the police station. Travis was released Wednesday morning on $21,500 bail.
"Sesame Street" Names Guest Stars for Upcoming Season
You don't get much bigger than Elmo or Big Bird, but "Sesame Street" will try in its upcoming 43rd season with a number of guest stars stopping by for all the fun....Zac Efron, Halle Berry, Don Cheadle, Steve Carell, Melissa McCarthy, Jon Hamm, among others. Some of the spoofs you can look forward to this season are of "The Voice" and one called "Birdwalk Empire." Here's a sneak peek of the spoof of "The Voice."
Alf Coming to the Big Screen
Remember the 80's TV show "Alf?" It may be coming to the movies. Sony Pictures Animation has acquired the rights to the sitcom. "The Hollywood Reporter" says it will be turned into a CG-live action hybrid by the same guy who did "The Smurfs."
