"iCarly" Getting a Spin-Off...Maybe
As the popular show "iCarly" nears it's final episode in November, it looks like there's some hope for fans. No, "iCarly" isn't going to be sticking around, but EW.com is reporting Nickelodeon is working on a spin-off of the show. It would be called "Sam & Cat" (at least for now), and feature Sam (Jeannette McCurdy) and Cat (Ariana Grande) as roommates.
Olympic Wardrobe Malfunction
Oh so this is why NBC doesn't air the Olympic coverage live! Wednesday NBC did show some live women's water polo as the U.S. took on Spain. It just happened that the underwater camera caught the wardrobe malfunction for all to see.
Lady Antebellum, Taylor Swift, and Dixie Chicks Make Olympic Playlist
During the Olympics we always see athletes preparing to compete wearing headphones. So what are they listening to? EW. asked athletes to pick their favorite and created a Spotify playlist. Gold medalist, swimmer Rebecca Soni chose Lady Antebellum's "We Owned the Night" while Fencer Tim Morehouse picked "The Long Way Around" by the Dixie Chicks. Aly Raisman, of the Fab Five women's gymnastics gold medal-winning team, chose Taylor Swift's "Enchanted." You can listen to the entire playlist on EW's Spotify page.
