Charges Dropped Against Cuba Gooding, Jr.
Looks like Cuba Gooding, Jr. is off the hook. CNN is reporting the bartender who accused him of battery, has dropped the charges. According to the woman, Gooding shoved her when she told him he had to leave a New Orleans bar Tuesday. After Gooding and his attorney met with New Orleans police, the bar's management and the bartender chose to drop the charges.
