Another Day, Another Celebrity Invited to the Marine Corps Ball
Miley Cyrus is the latest celebrity to get an invitation to the Marine Corps Ball. Private First Class Hart has issued the invite, but no word on whether Miley will accept.
"Potter" Passes "Star Wars" in $$$$
Okay "Star Wars" geeks, don't freak out until you've read the whole story. The "Harry Potter" movie franchise has surpassed the "Star Wars" franchise to become the top-grossing in history (domestically) on Wednesday. "Entertainment Weekly" reports the film series has now raked in $2.223-BILLION. But to be fair, the "Star Wars" series has sold more tickets and is still the most attended franchise in history domestically selling over twice as many tickets as "Potter."
Lindsay Lohan Slacking on Probation
It just wouldn't be a Lindsay Lohan court date if there wasn't some drama. Yesterday, Judge Stephanie Sautner was not pleased that Lohan had completed only four of her sixty days of community service. The judge also ordered Lohan to get pschological counseling. Lohan claimed she can't afford it, but the judge says if she doesn't enroll in 21 days she will revoke Lohan's probation.
